Returns and Exchanges
I want you to have a wonderful shopping experience and be delighted with what you receive. If for any reason you don't love your item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
All items are eligible for returns except the following:
- Custom orders
- Personalized items
- Opened / started craft kits
Items must be sent back within 30 days of being received, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Unless the wrong item was received* or an item shipped via Priority was damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.
*An item that does not fit is not considered a wrong item unless it does not match the dimensions listed on the website. Items that do not fit as you expected can be returned for a full refund minus the shipping price.
Items can be returned in the box they were received in. You are welcome to use your preferred shipping method, but one that includes tracking and insurance is recommended for higher priced items. A refund cannot be issued if the returned item is not received.

A full refund of the item's price (shipping costs are not refundable*) will be issued once the returned item is received.*If you receive the wrong item or your Priority Mail order is damaged during shipping, you are not responsible for return shipping. You will be sent a prepaid return shipping label via email.
If your Priority Mail order arrives damaged, please keep and photograph the damaged box and item so that a claim can be filed with USPS.
Orders shipped via First-Class are not insured and, especially in the case of international orders, are shipped at the customer's own risk. In the rare case that a First-Class package is lost or damaged during shipment, no refund can be issued.
Exchanges are handled the same as returns. If you order an item that does not fit as expected or want to exchange any other non-custom / personalized item for any reason, just contact me within 14 days to let me know that you will be sending back the item.
As with returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless an incorrect item was received.
Once the item is received, I will issue a refund of the item's purchase price so you can place a new order for the item you want.
Once your return arrives, I will contact you to acknowledge that the package has been received and issue a full refund of the item's price.
While the refund will be issued as soon as your return arrives, the processing time for the funds to appear in your account will vary based on your credit card or bank.
